Production Operator

Job Specification:

Operation and Setting: Independent operation, basic set-up, and adjustment of CNC Machines (milling machines, lathes, grinding machines) and CNC turning centers within a modern machining workshop.
Control System: working with the Siemens Sinumerik control system (performing corrections, adjusting parameters).
Specific Operation: Precision machining of blanks for the final finishing of electric motor components. Finishing of electric motor components. Finishing machining operations (turning, milling ,shaft grinding, rotor tuning and balancing).
Measuring and Quality Control: continuous measurement of workpiece dimensions in relation to strict tolerances using digital measuring tools (micrometers, calipers). Inspection of product compliance with technical drawings/blueprints.
Maintenance and Tooling: Preparation and replacement of cutting tools, setting up clamping fixtures, and basic maintenance of the assigned machine. Operation of chip/material conveyors.
Workplace Logistics: Handling heavier parts using overhead/jib cranes. Handling materials with a walk-behind/manual pallet jack.
Work Organization: Single-machine or multi-machine (two-machine) operation depending on the workstation.
Training: intensive and thorough 4-month onboarding and training process.

Candidate Requirement:

Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation, and the capacity to work independently based on them.
Professional Skills: Knowledge of machine setup/setting, performing corrections, and measurement (basic knowledge of programming is an advantage).
Experience with crane operation and rigging/slinging, or Forklift (FLT) operation - an advantage.
Physical Requirements: very good health condition, physical fitness and stamina.
Personal Profile: Responsible approach to work with an emphasis on quality, precision (automotive/engineering standard), and adherence to occupational safety. Ability to work in a team.
