Job specification

The employee in the position of Hotel Caretaker is responsible for comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and related operational facilities, including assistance in the dishwashing area. The objective is to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

Room Cleaning

• complete cleaning of guest rooms (regular, stayover, departure, and deep cleaning)

• changing bed linen and replacing towels

• replenishing toiletries and hygiene supplies

• checking room equipment and reporting maintenance issues

• preparing rooms for guest arrivals

Cleaning of Public Areas

• reception, lobby, and restaurant areas

• corridors, staircases, and elevators

• public restrooms

• terraces and entrance areas

Wellness Area Cleaning

• cleaning of wellness facilities

• replacing towels

• arranging sun loungers

Dishwashing Area (Support Duties)

• operating the dishwashing machine

• washing dishes and kitchen utensils

• cleaning the kitchen area
