Job Description:

• We are looking for a highly experienced fish grader to join our fish factory operations.
• The role involves grading sashimi-grade tuna during the receiving process from frozen fishing vessels.
• The candidate will also be responsible for grading sashimi tuna loins during production.
• Tasks include assessing fish quality from GG (gilled and gutted) form through to finished loin products.

Candidate Requirement

• Male, 25-40years old
• May have completed secondary-level education, but must have relevant experience in a tuna processing plant, particularly in frozen tuna processing
• Must be knowledgeable in grading frozen sashimi-grade tuna for the Japanese market
• Experience in frozen tuna production, such as a supervisor or production officer, will be considered an advantage in recruitment
