important Job Specification:

• Assembly Line Supplier – Tugger Train

• Production Support: General responsibility for the material flow across the entire production floor (30 production lines).
• Logistics & Handling: Operating a "tugger train" (6 trailers) to transport parts from the warehouse to the production lines.
• Material Flow: Managing the "One-Way Flow" system—delivering required components to shelves and returning unused material or empty containers back to the warehouse.
• Manual Loading: Manually picking parts (up to 7kg per piece) from the first level of warehouse racking based on identification tags and unloading them at the assembly stations.
• Communication & Planning: Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure the correct parts (e.g., specific brake systems for current vehicle models) are delivered on time.
• Multi-skilling: Operating a forklift as needed to ensure team flexibility and backup coverage within the logistics department.

• Experience: Previous experience in production supply or logistics is required. You must be able to organize your workflow efficiently.
  
• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physically demanding work, including frequent manual lifting of parts and loading/unloading trailers.
• Technical Skills: A forklift license is preferred (the company aims for all logistics staff to be cross-trained for full substitution).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a continuous operation (Mon–Fri 8-hour shifts: N/A/M rotation + 2 working weekends per month with 12-hour shifts).
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently within a team of 4 suppliers.

General requirements and information

• Language: Must be able to communicate in English – they will interact with Line Leads and must be able to request materials from other warehouse staff.
• Experience: All candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in logistics or as an assembly operator.
• Physical Requirements:
• Height: Minimum 165 cm (required for lifting and carrying heavy boxes stored on high shelves).
• Age: Ideally up to 30 years old.
• Health: Must be physically fit with no color blindness, no back problems, and no hand issues (such as carpal tunnel syndrome).
• In winter, it is cold in some parts of the hall where goods are dispatched, and warm in summer (pay for operators with forklift trucks - it is warm near the roof)
