Welcome and seat guests according to current available capacity with regard to reservations

Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and coffee drinks with emphasis on following the correct procedure and recipe

Serve and arrange drinks, pay attention to aesthetic appearance

In the absence of the bartender, ensure the closure of the bar with emphasis on following the work procedure

Ensure the setting of tables and clearing away used dishes

Provide qualified information about the offered range of food and drinks, recommend suitable combinations,

Accept orders and process them through the cash register program

Ensure and perform serving and service with regard to maximum guest comfort

Ensure correct charging of prices according to the valid price lists of the operation via the cash register with the issuance of a document

Actively take an interest in feedback from guests during service and inform the direct superior about (dis)satisfaction or special requests of guests

Inform the immediate superior about the need to deliver raw materials and supplies to ensure the smooth operation of the center

Participate in inventories and inventorying of the center

Monitor the warranty periods of raw materials and supplies at the center

Participate in the preparation and implementation of events

Participate in center meetings and trainingsCheck the cleanliness of the operating premises during operation

Solve tasks from a superior

Occasional help according to the supervisor's instructions
